Hi, I’m Ashley!

I've had gut issues for years. After a decade of antibiotics for severe acne that began when I was 12 years old, I finally found relief.

At the time of getting those gut issues, I was just starting my career in nutrition. After 7 years of schooling in nutrition science (one year at a Harvard teaching hospital), patience, and persistence, I was able to get rid of my gut issues and all the frustrations that came with those gut issues.
